Management Contracts

For owners that prefer traditional management contracts we are available to run your hotel on a full time basis. We believe in structuring our contracts on a fair fee basis, focusing upon performance and profit. A management agreement ensures that strategic plans are delivered through Apart Hospitality and the hotel team. We provide total day to day operational management and financial management. Hotel staff will report directly to us allowing you to step back from the operation. It must be stressed though that owner input is still welcomed and quarterly reporting is provided to you.
